Transparent fixed braces or what is known as “clear bracket braces” is a type of dental braces that are used to straighten teeth and improve the appearance of the jaws and teeth. This type of braces is permanently fixed to the teeth using wires, transparent brackets, screws and steel brackets.

Fixed, clear aligners need good care and regular maintenance, and should be cleaned carefully with a toothbrush and dental floss. Hard, sticky, and crunchy foods that can cause braces damage should also be avoided, and bad habits such as nail chewing and dental anxiety should be avoided.
